The brand and cigar range Quai d'Orsay was created in 1974 through an initiative of the French tobacco monopoly, the SEITA. The brand name actually comes from the historical address of the headquarters of the monopoly, on Quai d'Orsay. This very modern and interesting range of vitolas is unfortunately more and more difficult to find, in particular outside France.
